Unconditional Boundaries go beyond protecting our personal space and learning to say "no"

The goal of Unconditional Boundaries is to expand on the basic principles we've learned about boundaries. Traditionally, we're taught boundaries help us protect ourselves from people who'd cause us harm, encroach on our time and space, or treat us in a way we don't enjoy. They also help us separate what is our responsibility and what is not our responsibility. Unconditional Boundaries build on that by helping us discover our values, relate to others, and build various types of relationships based on our shared values and interests.

  • In Find Your Tribe we'll discuss what our current understanding of boundaries does well and where it falls short of helping us build truly fulfilling connections.

  • We'll look at how Unconditional Boundaries builds on our traditional understanding of what boundaries can do to empower stronger connections and deeper relationships while avoiding the pitfalls of misaligned friendships, controlling people, and toxic relationships.

  • We'll explore our values, beliefs, and interests and discover how to invite people who align with them to connect with us.

  • We'll learn about 3 distinct types of boundaries that empower us to invite people to connect with us, examine our relationships, and create space in the ones that no longer bring us joy.

  • We'll look at ways to use Unconditional Boundaries in real life situations to create and strengthen relationships in our own lives and shift our focus from the people that drain our joy and energy to those who bring us joy and energize us.

  • By the end of the course you have the tools to build relationships of various types and styles with people who add joy, love and happiness to you life, while spending less of your energy and resources on those who leave you feeling less than yourself.
